37% Grenache, 26% Mourvédre, 16% Syrah, 11% Counoise, 10% Cinsault
Our take on a Chateauneuf du Pape style blend, the name is a Gaelic translation of “Castle of the Pope.” This Grenache-forward blend has notes of mineral, wet stone, strawberry and bay leaf on the nose. The long finish plays out notes of cherry, espresso and lingering spice.
